    Hey Guys, Welcome back to this space on Internet. It’s a long time I haven’t posted any recipes here. Today I have come up with an amazing recipe to share it with you guys. It’s a recipe from my mother-in-law’s cook book. 

  • Tambuli

    Basale Soppu, Chakramuni Soppu Tambuli

    Tambuli is an authentic Maland dish. For this recipe I have used two different types of green leaves Basale Soppu, Chakramuni Soppu. Basale Soppu also called as Malabar Spinach is a very good source of Vitamins, Iron & Calcium. Chakramuni Soppu also called Vitamin Soppu is a very rich source of Vitamins and helpful to cure bronchitic disease.

    Poha or Beaten Rice is a very common food made in most of Indian homes for quick and easy dish. Today I am going to share one such recipe of Poha which i tried recently and was a hit. When there is extra Sweet Corn at home you can use it for making this delicious Sweetcorn Poha.

    Hello Everyone, Menthe Tambuli is a healthy dish made from Fenugreek seeds, Coconut and Curd. Tambuli is a medium spicy dish usually consumed with hot rice. This is an authentic Maland dish, made usually in the homes of people in the region of Western ghats (Sringeri, Shivamoga, Sagara..).

    Simple and easy rice dish for lunch or dinner, Most commonly made in South Indian homes. Lemon Rice or ಚಿತ್ರಾನ್ನ (Chitranna) as called in Kannada.
