Garlic Raitha

Garlic is one Ingredient which is present in almost every house hold in India. It has lots of medicinal benefits as well.
Today I have one simple recipe to share with you guys. Garlic is grind with coconut & green chilies and mixed with buttermilk.

Ingredients :

Garlic 6 to 8 pods
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Green Chilli – 1
1 cup buttermilk

Tempering :

Oil 1tbsp
Mustard seeds
Red Chillies

How to :

Step 1 : In a kadai fry garlic pod along with green chilli

Step 2 : Once the garlic & chill turns brown grind it along with coconut & salt

Step 3 : Now mix it with buttermilk & add the tempering with ingredients mentioned above.

Serve with hot Rice and enjoy! An easy and go to option for lunch/dinner.
